Seated Accupressure Massage
Gentle, non-invasive and suitable for most people, Seated Acupressure otherwise known as on-site or chair massage descends from the ancient Oriental massage arts of Anma and Shiatsu, It is a meridian based therapy in which pressure is used over many of the accupressure points on the back arms, hands, neck and head,
This stimulates and balances the flow of energy or life-force throughout the body ultimately promoting the release of endorphins and important mood-regulating neurotransmitters. It should leave you feeling relaxed but energised with a focused frame of mind.

Furthermore Seated Massage allows you to sit in comfort on a carefully designed easily portable chair without the need to remove clothing or for oils to be applied.

With the treatment time being approximately 20 minutes, it is a quick, effective, destressing therapy perfect for before or after a coaching session, at your desk in the workplace, or any situation in which you need to feel energised and refreshed.

Sleep Consultation
Did you know that we spend about a third of our lives sleeping? Sleep enables our bodies to rest and recover and gives our brains an opportunity to remove toxins, repair tissues and regenerate cells. Infection-fighting proteins are also produced in sleep so our bodies can restore and maintain a good level of wellness.
Therefore we all know sleep is key to overall health and wellness but sometimes we have trouble sleeping and don't know how to change this.
