What is The Still Method?
Within the last decade, there has been a large increase in the numbers of children and young people experiencing high levels of anxiety. In response, Stuart Thompson, a therapist and social worker with several decades experience created the STILL Method as a tool to help participants manage and overcome anxiety.

On studying the most up-to-date social science research, Stuart realised it was possible to create a system which addressed anxiety at its' root cause, whilst managing the feelings manifested. STILL Method workshops for children were launched in 2019 and were joined by STILL Method workshops for adults later in 2020. Today there are a team of licensed STILL Method coaches throughout the UK and internationally all striving to assist participants in alleviating the feelings of anxiety. The workshops and one-to-one classes consist of 6 week, fun programmes of activities, tools and interventions.
