STILL Method Programmes

Within each Programme, a Mind Hacks Journal is provided for participants to record the tools, techniques and goals which work for them and can be referred to for months and years to come!

Sessions for children age 7 or 8+ are usually 1 hour a week for 6 weeks and include a range of enjoyable tools, techniques and activities working individually and in groups and building bonds to help each other.  The sessions are created to do more than just manage anxiety - we want to help people overcome their anxious feelings, deal with painful memories/recurring thoughts and learn how to develop self-regulation techniques and emotional control.

STILL Method groups for adults and mature children 14+ are supportive sessions filled with tools and techniques that are chosen to help individuals take back control from anxiety.  Sessions also help people challenge negative thinking and intrusive thoughts in an easy to follow system.

One-to-One Still Method Coaching for Children and Adults

Similar to group, practical strategies and easy to use tools are offered on a one-to-one basis.  Every moment of the session is crafted to help individuals grow in confidence, control emotions, overcome fear and build happiness with tools that last a lifetime.  The Coach provides a bespoke mentoring and guidance service on a consistent basis throughout the course.
